Charlotte is a career coach that founded her own firm in 2022 after 15 years with Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), the world's largest employee outplacement practice. At LHH, she was the Senior Vice President, Executive Coach, Advisor for LHH's ICEO program for C-Suite executives, and the Managing Consultant for the New York City and Stamford offices.

Prior to LHH, she worked as a management consultant specializing in strategic planning, organizational development, and marketing, serving as a career coach to senior executives. Charlotte has also run five not-for-profits and was an investment banker for more than 18 years with Credit Lyonnais Securities, Alex Brown & Sons, and Kidder, Peabody.

Ken Farer is the Head of Practice Management for New York Life's Continuous Improvement Center of Excellence. He manages the long-term vision and short-term strategic execution of all deliverables for the Continuous Improvement effort across the enterprise. He also supports the teams that train and coach teams and their managers with core capabilities and management systems to improve revenues, costs, client satisfaction, and employee engagement. He is a member of enterprise-wide committees, including the Intellectual Property, Business Technology, Cross-Functional Communications, Supplier Diversity, and Employee Advocacy. He is a member and ally of all seven of New York Life’s Employee Resource groups.
He was tapped to be the Chief of Staff for Product Solutions in 2021, where he partnered with the product (life insurance, annuities, long-term care, disability income, small business solutions, and wealth management) leadership teams to support their business objectives, lead employee engagement, and drive execution of strategic initiatives. He also led the department’s business management and administration functions including employee engagement. Ken began his career at New York Life in February 2020 in the Finance Strategic Capabilities Group. In this role, he collaborated with teams across Finance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Prior to joining New York Life, Ken served as a Senior Director, Business Transformation at S&P Global Ratings, where he led internal consulting engagements across the organization. Earlier in his career at S&P, he also served as a Ratings Risk Review Officer and as a Lead Analyst in Corporate & Infrastructure Ratings. Ken began his career in the finance and accounting department at International Paper.
Ken earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He has earned the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Fellow, Secure Retirement Institute (FSRI) designations; certifications in business analytics, robotics process automation (RPA), and global business services; and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified coach.
